Welcome to our convenient and secure self-check-in for car cleaning at Vienna Airport.
A clean car in just a few steps
Simply follow the steps below to get your car sparkling clean.
1. start the process by touching the screen
2. change language to start screen German/English
3. select the “24h acceptance” option.
4. have you made an appointment?
Select Yes or No and
enter your booking reference.
5. fill in all the details, paying attention to:
Cell phone number: Country code in the format 0043 (Austria), 0049 (Germany).
License plate number: Without special characters, e.g., W12345A.
Password: Choose an easy-to-remember four-digit number.
6. select your cleaning package.
Online this is BasicPlus (€ 99,-), other packages are available as an upgrade. In the free text field “Other services”, enter the collection date and approximate time, as well as any additional information or company invoice details.
7. press “Next” and open the safe compartment.
8. insert your key, vouchers or business cards and close the compartment.
9 **After the compartment is closed and the order has been recognized, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
10. COLLECTION: Start the process by touching the screen
11. PICKUP: Change language to start screen German/English
12. collection: 24h issue/24h key return; enter license plate number and PIN (as stated on the confirmation e-mail)
13. COLLECTION: Open the compartment; remove the key and close the compartment again.
For your security, the self-check-in area is video-monitored and alarm-secured.
