Answer: After cleaning, the current parking space is always on one of our blue marked parking spaces reserved for our customers on deck 2, exactly where you left your car.
Answer: YES; only in the event of very high demand or due to technical defects may your car not be ready. In the event of incomplete cleaning, only the work that has actually been carried out will be charged.
Answer: As long as you want! Since the parking fees are charged independently of our service, there is no restriction on our part; we park your vehicle and clean it shortly before collection.
Answer: We clean with the latest steam cleaning equipment and do so exclusively, inside and out, 100% manually! So you get a perfectly maintained car all round. This method is as thorough as it is gentle on paintwork and other surfaces, while also being kind to the environment. This is because only around 4 liters of water are needed per vehicle! Probably the most ecological way to clean your car.

Answer: YES; simply provide the required invoice details when handing over the vehicle or simply give one of our employees your business card. Please note that you will still have to pay for our service when you collect your vehicle. We are happy to arrange company/fleet conditions.
Answer: EXCLUSIVELY CASHLESS; you will of course receive a proper invoice, which you can pay conveniently from home via online banking.
Answer: YES; You give yourself a personal PIN when you drop off your vehicle. Together with the license plate number entered, you can pick up your car or car key outside of our business hours around the clock and every day from our key machine on deck 2.
Answer: NO; thanks to self-check-in, this is possible 24/7 (Vienna Airport) or during the operating hours of the other locations. However, it may happen that customers without a reservation cannot be served on busy days.
Answer: NO; our prices are ONLY for our service, you pay the parking fees as usual at the parking ticket machines or directly when leaving the parking garage. By using our service, there are no discounts for parking in the parking garage.
